Terms of Service

This is the Terms of Service for my store.  If you are interested in my commissions, please visit the Contact & Socials page to view more information and those specific terms.  Please read this page thoroughly before making any purchases if you have any concerns!

Refund Policy

  -Refunds are not offered for any reason.  Refunds are only eligible if the items did not arrive after 30 days or if the items have been damaged in shipping.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  Exchanges, refunds, or cancellations are not offered unless there is a qualifying circumstance.

  -If your item has not been delivered in 30 days since shipment date or if it was lost in transit, please contact me to discuss replacements or refunds.

  -If you entered the wrong address, please contact me before your order is shipped so the change can be made.  Corrections cannot be made after the order is in transit and a refund will not be provided.  If a package is deemed 'undeliverable' by the mail company, I cannot offer a refund.

Damages & Order Issues

  -Please inspect your order upon arrival to check for any missed defects or damages.  If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact me so things can be made right and your order is either replaced or refunded.

Shipping

  -Orders will be shipped on every Saturday of each week unless stated otherwise.  Orders can take 2-7 days to arrive after being shipped.  Please account for order processing time and shipment time when estimating arrival.  Orders cannot be rushed.

  -Orders are shipped out of New Jersey, USA.

  -International shipping is unavailable at this moment.

Packaging & Items

   -ALL acrylic products arrive with a clear plastic protective film.  Please remove film before use.

  -Most items are packaged in custom packaging with backing cards.  Some items will not arrive with backing cards and instead in plastic bags to protect from damages.  Items are either sent in a bubble mailer or a cardboard box depending on order size or item type.

  -Phone Grips are Magsafe and include a magnetic ring.  If your phone/phone case is not Magsafe compatible, peel backing layer off ring and stick to surface.  Press hard for 10 seconds.  To remove grip, slide grip off of surface, DO NOT SCRAPE.  If surface is Magsafe compatible and you don't require the magnetic ring, it can be separated from the grip by peeling it off.

  -'On Board' Stickers are transfer stickers and must be peeled from the backing by the top of the sticker.  Use credit card or a thin item to flatten the sticker to desired surface and to remove any air bubbles.
